Ronald Crawford
Associate Pastor
Bro. Ronald Crawford has been added to our ministry staff as an associate pastor.
Herein is his testimony…
Before the Apostle Paul was saved, the Lord told him “it is hard to kick against the pricks“. (Acts 9:5). This is referring to the conviction of the Holy spirit in the heart (John 16:8), and Paul’s response to the conviction. (Romans 10:10; Acts 9:6).
I was convicted at the age of 12 of my sin and I accepted Jesus in my heart as the only one who could save me from my sin. (John 14:6; Romans 10:13). I submitted to baptism and then united with Geneva Missionary Baptist Church of DeQueen Arkansas. Then over the years I have served the Lord as a song leader and teacher.
Several years ago my family moved to Illinois. Subsequently, we united with Cornerstone Baptist Church. I felt the calling from God to preach His word and to be the servant He wants me to be. The Church here at Cornerstone has made me the Associate Pastor to assist in fulfilling my calling as one of the Lords New Testament Preachers. I thank the Lord that he has called me into His ministry. (1 Timothy 1:12).
